Course description
After an induction programme introducing you to the Business School and the expectations and ethos of the course, you will go on to address strategic options at corporate, business and functional levels, including from an international dimension.
You will cover the political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors that influence an organisation’s social responsibilities, as well as issues surrounding cultural influences and business ethics, and how these integrate within the company’s strategic decision-making process. You will also analyse the underpinning strategic financial management theories and learn how to apply them to projects and business problems in your work environment.
The Research Methods module helps prepare you for work on your dissertation.
