Objectives
To provide a comprehensive training in supervision for experienced counsellors, psychologists or psychotherapists. The programme will address a wide range of issues, including ethics, contracts, models of supervision, working with groups, supervisory relationships, process, organisational issues, and issues of difference.

Entry requirements
pplicants for this programme should normally have graduate status, and be practising counsellors, psychologists or psychotherapists with a minimum of three years’ full-time clinical experience in that role. Ideally applicants will have BACP accreditation or UKCP registration or be eligible for registration, or have chartered psychologist status. Course participants will need to have at least one supervisee from the second term of the course onwards. Previous experience of providing supervision is not necessary. Applications are welcome from counsellors trained in any model, providing they are open to looking at the dynamics of the supervisory process from a psychodynamic perspective.
