Course description
MSc Physiotherapy is offered to professionally qualified physiotherapists who wish to develop and extend their knowledge and professional expertise in physiotherapy. It builds upon student’s current knowledge and experience to facilitate an exploration of physiotherapy in its many forms.

Commitment to Student Support: Mechanisms are available to support students on the programme, for example, personal tutors, academic support tutorials and the Academic Writing Centre.

With an increased knowledge of the profession, critical evaluation and debate, you will develop the skills necessary to progress within your chosen career. It is common for our graduates to progress into roles such as extended scope practitioners, clinical specialists, consultants and careers in higher education, management or research.
Course content

Full-time study normally requires two days per week attendance, whereas part-time study normally requires one day attendance per week.
