Entry requirements
Entry requirements BTEC National Certificate, National Diploma, AVCE, or Advanced GNVQ in a related subject (ideally at merit or distinction profile), or a similar level 3 qualification such as an Access to HE programme or one A-level pass (or two AS-level passes) in relevant subjects. A portfolio of work may be required to support the application. Acceptance on the course will be subject to a successful interview with the course tutor. Mature students and non-standard applications welcome

Course description
These programmes have been designed to extend the interaction of the theoretical, technical and creative aspects of photography within areas of rapid and continuous technological change. The programmes have been developed in response to perceived needs of professional photographers and photographic industries, who have contributed throughout the planning stages. All technical and practical courses are delivered by staff with photographic industry experience and by current practitioners.
Attendance is in the afternoon and evening, designed to enable students to maintain a sustainable level of part-time employment and facilitate daytime practical photography opportunities.
