Entry requirements
You should normally have at least one of the following: -A degree or equivalent -NVQ Level Four or SVQ Level Four in a related subject plus two years relevant organisational experience -CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice or Training Practice or Recruitment and Selection plus two years relevant experience -Mature students without formal qualifications, but with significant management/HR experience are welcome to apply

Graduate membership is achieved by completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and the CIPD Fourth Field: The Thinking Performer
Completion of the programme gives you direct entry to the School's MSc Human Resource Development and Organisational Change or MA Human Resource Management
Successful completion of the Diploma would give you the ability to claim some exemptions from our Master of Business Administration (MBA)
