  MSc: 12 months full-time; 24 months part-time; up to 60 months on modular basis
  PgDip: 9 months full-time; 18 months part-time;  up to four years on modular route
  PgCert: 4 months full-time; 8 months part-time; up to four years on a modular route
  
  This programme is designed for people interested in how cities are changing and how they can be improved for everyone. It is designed to allow flexible study and is delivered in intensive two and four-day modules.
  
  Content
  
  MSc students take three core courses, up to five options and complete a dissertation. PgDip students do taught courses only. PgCert students complete 60 credits with 40 credits from core courses and 20 from options.

      * Changing cities and neighbourhoods
      * Contemporary government and governance
      * Policy analysis.
  
  Up to five options from a  list including:
  
      * Crime and community safety
      * Designing places
      * Economic development and employment
      * Evaluation and public policy
      * Housing and social inclusion
      * Housing market analysis
      * Neighbourhood regeneration and community participation
      * Partnership working and joined up government
      * Regeneration and health
      * Regenerating cities
      * Research and evidencing the policy process
      * Strategic management and decision-making
      * Sustainable housing development
      * Spatial policy and strategic planning
      * Urban theory.
  
  All courses are taught in intensive two or four day modules.
