Objectives
This course will develop: -analytical and managerial competencies appropriate to tourism and hospitality sectors, organisations and operations in diverse operating environments -your ability to define, investigate, analyse, evaluate and respond to the tactical and strategic issues of concern to your chosen industry -your capacity to manage your own learning and self- development in the context of organisational change -your capacity to stimulate change in response to current and future developments in public and private sector organisations operating in the industries. On completion of the course, graduates will be -knowledgeable about the diversity of managerial functions and work in your chosen organisations -aware of the cultural differences associated with managerial work in your chosen organisations -able to develop their aptitude for leadership and to appraise and respond to issues facing managers in general and specifically in your chosen areas.
