    Entry Requirements A first degree with a 'very good' or 'good' classification or equivalent qualification in any subject. No work experience is required. For students from non-English speaking countries there will be an English-language requirement. A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 600 on the noncomputerised TOEFL test (250+ computer based or 100 in the iBT TOEFL test) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 7 is required.

    The MSc in Management provides outstanding and highly motivated students of diverse educational and national backgrounds with state-of-the-art training in management, in order to equip them with the tools to become effective managers. In particular, graduates of a non-business degree, such as engineering, sciences, arts and social sciences, with little or no work experience, will profit from this intensive programme.

    Learning Outcomes

    The programme draws on a wide range of disciplines within management studies to prepare students to successfully deal with a variety of managerial challenges and to provide them with an integrated understanding of management. In addition, students will acquire through option courses and the dissertation, in-depth knowledge and understanding in more specific management areas of their own interest. In addition to content-related learning outcomes, there is a focus on individual communication, presentation, leadership and teamwork skills of our students.

    How You Will Be Taught

    Students will take a combination of core and option courses relating to various disciplinary and interdisciplinary management challenges. In addition to attending and actively contributing to lectures, students will study key texts in management literature. The theoretical studies will be supplemented with practical group-work assignments and workshops, which will require initiative and teamwork. The dissertation will help students to acquire and demonstrate in-depth knowledge in an area of their choice. They will also acquire the analytical skills to conduct methodological and independent research
