    This programme provides a unique opportunity to combine academic study at an advanced level with a management career, allowing students to use their own jobs and workplaces as vehicles for learning, personal development and assessment.

    For this reason, applicants must be employed in a relevant managerial or supervisory role and be able to demonstrate the support of their organisation in their application.

    Unlike many PT programmes, the use of the workplace for learning and assessment allows students to complete their studies, part time, in just 24 months.

    Teaching and Assessment

    Teaching will take place in a workshop format. Assessments are based on work-related tasks, portfolio evidence and project tasks.

    All assessed work will have some relevance to the student's workplace environment.
