In the first semester, the basic knowledge and leadership skills are developed across all major disciplines. From January to March, Strategic Management is studied, accompanied by option courses. From April to June, students will study abroad at one of nine partner institutions, which is followed by a work placement from July to September. The programme concludes with the completion of a dissertation.

The programme allows further development of specialist knowledge through your choice of options, the placement and dissertation project. Your study-abroad period and the placement outside your home country will add an international dimension to your studies, valuable to all who wish to work internationally.

    How You Will Be Taught

The programme adopts a multitude of teaching and learning approaches. Lectures and case studies are supplemented with in-class discussions, presentations, project work as well as problem-based and action learning. In addition, students will participate in skills workshops, outdoor activities, language classes and a consultancy project with local companies.

An exchange of ideas between the academic and management communities is encouraged by inviting senior managers to discuss the applicability and limitations of concepts introduced in the courses.

Students will also study abroad at a partner institution and take on a placement before completing their dissertation
