    You will take four core modules, one designate and one optional module and a dissertation of around 15,000 words.

    -Strategic Management in International Hospitality and Tourism
    -Research Methods
    -Service Sector Marketing

    Designate modules include:

    -International Law and Human Resourcein Hotel and Restaurant Management
    -Innovation in Tourism and Hospitality

    Optional modules include:

    -Studying the Olympic Games
    -Environmental Management for Hotels,Resorts and Tourism Enterprises
    -Business Practice for the Creative Industries

    Assessment
    You are assessed via essays, individual and group research projects and a final dissertation.

    Successful completion of this course offers improved career opportunities in industry, or professional practice in the areas of hotel and restaurant management. The programme is also excellent preparation for further research or study.
