Teaching and Assessment
The programme uses a variety of teaching methods including lectures, seminars and workshops. You will use appropriate computer software and are expected to develop a high degree of competence in data handling and analysis. The use of practical examples and student experience are emphasised. You are also encouraged to develop presentation skills and the ability to work in teams.
Student performance is assessed in each of the course modules, mostly through assignments with examinations. The assessments are the basis for the MSc award but are also designed to be part of the learning process.
