Course description
The course is designed for business leaders, advisers and HR professionals and others dedicated to the development of people. The course will take attendees through the concepts and learning behind coaching and organisational excellence through to real life development issues that will start to show immediate benefit for their business.
The world is changing together with the demands on leadership to deal with it. It is the task of leaders to stimulate new ideas and options for the future and then to mobilise the commitment and talent of every member of the organisation to achieve the vision of the future. The programme will provide leaders with the tools to do so consistently.
Coaching can work at many levels of an organisation and can be utilised for many different outcomes. There is much evidence to suggest that the market is growing and with it the need for regulation and credibility, which this programme sets out to achieve.
By the end of the programme individuals will have a high level of self awareness and a deep understanding of key approaches to organisational development of change. You will be able to use advanced coaching skills and vary your techniques and skills between individual and group coaching.
To help you manage your time, the programme is delivered in intensive weekend blocks rather than weekly sessions. This makes it much easier to fit studying around your meetings and travel schedules. The varied assessment techniques, including reports and portfolios of work, also make the course easier to fit with your existing commitments.
