The School is based at the heart of the campus in the newest building on campus, only minutes away from Manchester city centre. We offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and research opportunities in subjects as diverse as Bioscience; Human Biology; Parasitology; Environmental Health; Geography & Environment; Wildlife, Conservation & Zoo Biology and Environmental Management. A number of our courses are accredited by professional institutions, or have links with public and private sector organisations which allow work placement opportunities, and there are also opportunities for study overseas.In addition to our high-quality taught programmes, our staff use their expertise in cutting-edge research and Academic Enterprise activity in both the UK and abroad.
