General information
The International Association of Book-keepers (IAB) courses are regularly updated to meet current business needs. As a result, IAB qualifications are recognised and respected throughout the world as reliable indications of competence.
Within this qualification, candidates have the opportunity to gain knowledge of the basic calculations necessary for Accounting Adjustments and the processes related to applying them to the Trial balance by using an Extended Trial Balance worksheet. They will gain an initial insight into the procedures necessary to prepare Financial Statements and also manage Credit control.

Teaching and assessment
Being a 15 week course, an amount of independent study is required to be successful. Exam - Record adjustments and prepare financial statements. (Held in January and June - Dates TBA).
