• Course description
  This course is designed for those who have a beauty therapy background and knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. The art of Reflexology carries the knowledge and experience of thousands of years' development and practice of Chinese Philosophies.
  
  You will be introduced to the five energy concepts and meridians of Chinese medicine, the underlining history and philosophy of Reflexology, reflex areas in the foot and their connection to the body’s systems, pressure-point massage and the contra-indications.
  
  You will also learn how to conduct a consultation and design a programme based on the holistic aspects.
  It will be necessary to undertake extra case studies outside of the training course in order to fulfil the requirements of the certificate.
  
  Requires an Anatomy & Physiology qualification as a pre-requisite
