Course description
This programme extends the technical knowledge acquired on an undergraduate programme in civil engineering. This is a specialist Master's degree that will update scientific and industrial knowledge to serve the future demands of the construction industry. This programme will also assist graduates who have not been through the approval process to meet the requirements of further learning for Chartered Engineering status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).
This programme is also suitable for graduates who are currently applying to the Education and Training section at the ICE to have their first degree accepted as being equivalent to a BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering from an accredited programme.
