  CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership plus NVQ Level 4 in Management - for line managers in an operational role
  CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership plus NVQ Level 5 in Management - for middle and senior managers involved in tactical/policy roles and/or strategy formulation.
