Comments about BSR Redicting Outcome & Therapeutic Response in RA Using Diseased Tissue-Driven Biomarkers - At the institution - London - Greater London
Register before 13 July 2012 to qualify for the early rate
Target audience:
Rheumatologists, general physicians, GPs, pharmacists and allied health professionals
Aims and objectives:
This one day course will be a dynamic updating of what we know about the different biologic approaches to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It is clear that rheumatoid arthritis is not a single, simple uniformed entity and equally clear that no single biologic agent is going to be effective in all patients. The rapidly expanding numbers of approaches however provides the multidisciplinary team with some exciting possibilities including the likelihood that biologics will be used in sequence or in tandem. This course aims to provide delegates with a realistic assessment of how likely it is that the biologic (or group of biologics) are going to be widely used and how they might be co-prescribed with other drugs including conventional immunosuppressives and other biologic agents.
