Comments about BSc Physiology - At the institution - London - Greater London

  • Objectives
The first year is common to all the Biomedical Science programmes to allow students to make informed choices in subsequent years. The second year allows more flexibility, with a core of essential modules that cover cellular and integrative physiology, pharmacology and immunology, plus a choice of modules from related fields within the School of Biomedical & Health Sciences and other Schools. In addition, students may take 15 credit module in an unrelated field, such as a foreign language. The final year courses reflect the research interests of the academic staff, and here in particular students benefit from the wide range of expertise at King's in neuroscience, developmental biology and physiology.
  • Entry requirements
We ask for 320 UCAS points i.e. AAC or ABB A level grades. Our teaching does not presuppose any previous knowledge of computer science and in selecting candidates for admission we do not insist on evidence of prior competence in computer programming.
