Objectives
Our discussions with major employers, including Ford, JCB, ICI, Unilever, GEC and many others, indicate the pressing need for able graduates capable of moving into manufacturing and operations management. Frequently this needs an enhanced awareness of business, manufacturing processes and technology and the important information systems which underpin them. This course is ideal for you if you wish to pursue a management career in the manufacturing industry but who do not wish to follow the traditional single discipline engineering route.
