BA Finance Accounting and Management.
Programme
Year one
The first year of BA Finance, Accounting & Management serves as a broad foundation to the study of a range of business disciplines and includes core modules in financial accounting, business finance, management accounting, entrepreneurship, business law, business economics, economic policy, organisation studies, business computing and quantitative methods.
Year two
The second and final years of the course allow you to develop specialist knowledge of finance and accounting theory and practice by building on your first year studies. Specifically, the second year includes core modules in financial management, management accounting, financial reporting, accounting information systems, computational finance, management strategy, database design, strategic management, business economics, quantitative methods, and econometrics. In addition there are two optional modules.
Year three
The final year of BA Finance, Accounting & Management has the greatest focus on the study of the finance discipline and includes core modules in corporate finance, financial analysis, financial markets, financial reporting, auditing, management accounting, and business ethics. In addition there are four optional modules.
