Objectives
This course provides an opportunity to explore the nature of relationships, how to help others to help themselves and a chance to find out about how people see you. The themes of theory, skills, personal development and work experience are woven through the programme with a lot of participative and experiential involvement. The learning is built around your programme group, and reflections on your own experiences. You will receive training in the use of counselling skills. Learning about helpful interventions and developing how you talk to people are highly prized qualities in many occupations.
