Overview
This new course has been developed as a result of market trends. The course is for high quality graduates from a range of first degree disciplines related to real estate, planning and housing development who wish to develop their career in the relevant field with a view to gaining entry to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
This course is accredited by the RICS. Graduates of the course are eligible for entry to the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and can then proceed to complete the two-year professional diary period and final assessment.
The course content is focused on ensuring that graduates achieve the key competencies in terms of knowledge and skills required by the RICS. It is expected that students on this programme will be employed within a suitable professional work environment whilst undertaking their studies.
