This course is designed to help employees improve their overall efficiency and productivity at work through the application of time management strategies. The course introduces a range of time management tools, and explains how working practices can be optimised using activity logs and action plans. Methods for recognising and overcoming procrastination are explored, and different ways of categorising and prioritising tasks are introduced.
