1st or 2nd class UK Honours degree, or equivalent. Suitable for graduates in humanities, English literature and creative writing. Applicants whose first language is not English are normally expected to have a minimum IELTS score of 7 overall.

Course descriptionCourse Description:
This one-year, full-time course is designed for experienced writers with an interest in teaching creative writing. Students attend workshops, produce a portfolio of creative writing, attend classes in various topics in creative writing, and gain experience in teaching creative writing. Students are assessed on their portfolio of creative writing and three essays or projects. There are no formal examinations.
Semester 1:
* Teaching Creative Writing
* The Writers Workshops
* The Creative Process
Semester 2:
* Producing a Creative Writing portfolio, to be completed by mid-September
