    Overview

    MSc in System Level Integration

iSLI offers a modular MSc in system level integration designed specifically for graudates in electronic engineering, computer science, physics and other relevant disciplines. The course has been designed with substantial input from industry and is recognised as the world's first postgraduate qualification aimed specifically at engineers working in leading edge hardware and software domains.

The MSc concentrates on the understanding of the process of SoC design, the use of IP blocks and the architecture of modern electronic systems.

Study takes place in purpose built lecture theatre and each student is assigned their own desk and computer situated within an open plan work area with access to industry design tools.

Successful students graduate with a joint degree of iSLI's partner universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heriot-Watt and Strathclyde. This prestigious qualification reflects the strength of collaboration between the academic partners and the importance they attach to this subject.

UK students - a number of iSLI MSc scholarships are available for UK students. All Scholarship applications are considered on a competitive basis and the final decision rests with the MSc Manager. Students interested in applying for a scholarhip should submit an MSc application form.

International students - a number of funding options are available for international students.
