Course description
Sports development can be seen as a process of dynamic interaction between a number of governing authorities such as Sport England, local councils, Central Council of Physical Recreation (CCPR), Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management (ILAM), Institute of Sport and Recreation Management (ISRM), participants and facilities.
The programme is designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of current government sporting policies, and how these policies are interpreted through the government agency, Sport England.
