Regeneration Management Master in Arts

  • Academic title Regeneration Management Master in Arts
  • Course description This course allows you to explore the dynamics of operation and strategy management, within the broader context of regeneration and sustainable communities. It is targeted principally at managers working in the regeneration field, who have responsibility for designing policy and strategies to address decline and sustain growth in affected organisations and communities.

While regeneration is not a new field, the competencies now required at a management level are necessitating new skills: how to manage complex projects; how to make decisions under a high level of uncertainty; how to develop strategies; how to drive an innovative culture; how to motivate workers and facilitate the transfer and fostering of new knowledge. These are core strategic management competencies germane to regeneration practice that our course seeks to develop in students, through a blend of professional, business and academic training.
