- The programme provides a comprehensive intensive and highly practical induction into the legal issues relevant to practice in the sports sector.
- The programme is delivered by leading sports law practitioners and academics including legal advisors to leading sports governing bodies and event organisers.

Looks at: constitutional framework of the sports sector; the commercialisation of sport; issues for individual sportsmen and women; European law and sport; comparative sports law.
Programme format and assessment
One evening class per week; one essay to be submitted in April and examination in May.
