Teaching and assessment methods
The course is taught through the provision of distance learning materials supported by telephone and e-mail tutorials and occasional study days. Students will be required to complete a practice study (5,000 words), a practice portfolio (8,000 words) and a thirty minute video of relevant practice. Successful completion of the course leads to the Advanced Award in Social Work.
