Course descriptionCourse description
There has been a long tradition of specialising in the study of political theory at Manchester. Between them, those teaching on this pathway cover a wide variety of fields of interest: from the major debates in contemporary political philosophy (around topics of rights, justice and political morality) to an emphasis on those traditions of European political thought - from the Enlightenment to the Frankfurt School - which have shaped the self-understanding of modernity.
