Course descriptionThis course explores the many ways in which watercolour can be used. It introduces the qualities and potential of the medium, covers basic methods and concepts and will help you learn how to use tone and colour effectively. You will be encouraged to experiment and to look at a wide range of source materials for inspiration. You will increase your knowledge of the history of watercolour painting and you will be studying the work of contemporary watercolour artists.
