    This course provides the knowledge, understanding and skills for students who want to begin a career as an IT practitioner or technician. It focuses on the area of business systems and inlcudes the opportntiy to gain a first eovel CISCO qualification. This course has a total of 12 (Certificate) or 18 (Diploma) units as well as key skills and is equivalent to two 'A' Levels.
