Teaching in the Visual Cognition MSc Programme includes core courses in Visual Attention, Visual Memory, and Perception and Action. In addition to core courses students are given the opportunity to specialise via optional courses within Psychology including Language & the Visual World, Visual Word Recognition, and Working Memory in the Healthy & Damaged Brain, and from a range of courses in Informatics, Neuroscience and Philosophy.
Learning Outcomes
Students who follow this programme will gain an in-depth understanding of current research issues, research and methodology. The programme is aimed primarily at students who are considering advanced research in the area.
How You Will Be Taught
The taught component of the MSc consists of a number of seminar- and tutorial-based modules which are assessed by essay or exam.
