  • Objectives Practical knowledge of how the three disciplines work together, specifically in the context of sport. Understanding of how your own expertise can be fitted alongside that of other groups involved in avoiding, treating and recovering from sport injury. The opportunity to contribute to the development of the holistic approach through an individual piece of research. The opportunity to benefit athletes through such developments.
  • Entry requirements Entry requirements This is a specialist Masters course for students who already have a good Honours degree in a relevant discipline, or an alternative qualification with an appropriate concentration of relevant experience. Applicants with non-standard qualifications will be interviewed by the course leader and/or academic members of the course management team to discuss their individual cases, and acceptance may be conditional on successfully completing a tailored programme of required reading before joining the course.

    -Dissertation.

    Full time: timetabled in blocks of five days, four blocks per semester

    Part time: timetabled in blocks of two and a half days, four blocks per semester

    You may also study one or more individual modules within any academic year. For a full MSc qualification, you must complete all the modules, including the dissertation, within six years of enrolment.
