The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredit this course. RICS is an English professional body recognised all over the world for quality and integrity.
Many international surveying firms recognise and value the RICS qualification. They are looking for RICS-qualified property managers with UK experience, who can work in property management, valuation and development around the world.
After completing the course, you may register your experience for the RICS APC training period. This enables you to become a Chartered Surveyor.
