MSc-Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development by Distance Learning
ObjectivesThe MSc in Human Resource Management and Development examines issues relating to human resource management and development, at the individual, organisational and international level. Research methods training is also integral to this course.
Entry requirementsEntry requirements A minimum second class honours degree or an approved professional qualification coupled with suitable professional experience or successful completion of the CLMS Diploma courses (at the required level).

Teaching and assessment methods
The course is studied by distance learning. The course is based upon the principles of continuous assessment. Students will be required to complete an assignment of 4,000-5,000 words at the end of each of the four modules. Students for the MSc are also required to complete a dissertation of 16,000-20,000 words.
