MSc-Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and Performance Management by Distance Learning
ObjectivesThe MSc in Human Resource Development and Performance Management examines the transformation of HRD in the context of organisational change and the increased emphasis on performance management and measurement. Individual, organisational and international levels of analysis are offered. Research methods training is also integral to this course.
Entry requirementsEntry requirements A minimum second class honours degree or an approved professional qualification coupled with suitable professional experience or successful completion of the CLMS Diploma courses (at the required level).

Teaching and assessment methods
The course is studied by distance learning. The course is based upon the principles of continuous assessment. Students will be required to complete an assignment of 4,000-5,000 words at the end of each of the four modules. Students for the MSc are also required to complete a dissertation of 16,000-20,000 words.
