MSc-Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Research Methods
ObjectivesTo provide an introduction to social science research skills, to transferable skills, and their application in educational contexts, together with an introduction to a broad range of educational issues.
Entry requirementsNormally at least a second class honours degree in the social sciences or education (normally at least an upper second) or its equivalent, where it is demonstrated that, in at least one of the specialist areas of their degree, they have focused on educational studies.

Teaching and assessment methods
Modules will be taught by lectures and seminars, and will be assessed by a mixture of group work, bibliography, statistical assignments and written assignments.
