Entry requirementsEntry requirements A good first degree in any discipline or an equivalent professional qualification. As a full-time student you are expected to obtain a period of pre-course professional work experience before joining. As a part-time student you should be employed in general practice surveying or have substantial contact with a property-related firm. International students must also have an average score of 6.5 IELTS with a minimum of 6.0 in any aspect of the IELTS.

Course descriptionThis is a fast track conversion course for graduates from unrelated disciplines who want to become chartered surveyors.
