MSc Marketing Management

  • Objectives This programme has been designed to ensure that students have the fundamental knowledge and skills to perform within any marketing role, with modules addressing the key concepts and issues in international marketing. It explores the role that marketing plays within an organisation and develops critically informed practitioners who are able to achieve marketing outcomes effectively. To complement this, elements of the programme have been designed to foster sophisticated practical skills relevant to the industry, which benefits those wanting to make an impact in their current or future role. Such skills include the creation of integrated marketing plans, the ability to undertake effective market research and analysis of buyer behaviour.

It lays emphasis on the international business environment in which organisations operate and thus should prepare students for work within an international setting. Students on this programme also have the opportunity to work on a tailored research project in the third semester.
