  • Objectives Entry requirements An upper second class honours degree in a relevant Social Science subject, but under certain circumstances, other qualifications may be recognised.
  • Entry requirements The MSc aims to provide students with an expert grounding in the practice of social research. Upon completion of the course students will have acquired the necessary academic skills to develop, implement and evaluate social research.

    Teaching and assessment methods
    Courses are assessed principally by essay and project work. A 10,000 word supervised dissertation is also required.
