This programme is designed for students seeking a career as human resource professionals, or as line managers where human resource competences and skills are increasing emphasised in performance and promotion decisions. The programme involves both knowledge and skill based material, emphasising in particular the key skills involved in taking a strategic perspective on human resource matters as the senior management level, and those involved in working effectively with superiors, subordinates and their peers.
