Entry requirementsYou will need a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management Or graduate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Or an equivalent Postgraduate Diploma qualification in a related area together with at least three years’ relevant professional experience You will also need written evidence of an organisational base and senior management support
