This programme is aimed at those working or seeking to work in the social housing sector in the UK. As the sector is highly regulated by Government, the legal, political, financial and organisational practices are quite specific to the UK context. The programme is validated by the Chartered Institute of Housing as meeting all the academic requirements for membership of the professional body.

PgDip: 9 months full-time; 18 months part-time or up to 48 months by modular route

Entry is to the PgDip only: progression to the MSc is dependent on performance.
Entry requirements
