MSc-Diploma-Certificate Sport and Recreation Management
ObjectivesThe management of sport and recreation is an applied area of education and training which provides specialised skills. These are transferable across the whole of the expanding service sector in the economy, which accounts for over two-thirds of employment in the UK and is growing internationally. There has never been a greater need for managers with appropriate training to ensure that sport and recreation organisations survive and succeed in the 21st century. The Sport & Recreation Management MSc has been designed to appeal to people interested in starting a career in sport and recreation; those already working in the sector who wish to improve their management qualifications; and those who want to make a career change.
