Entry requirementsApplicants will usually hold a good honours degree, or equivalent, in any subject. Applications from mature students with significant business experience will be considered on an individual basis.

Course descriptionProgramme
This specialist Marketing Communications programme is designed for students with or without previous marketing experience. Those with significant marketing experience study slightly different modules in the first semester. The MSc develops in-depth knowledge of the fields of advertising and PR with an emphasis on the successful planning and management of campaigns. The programme commences with a one week induction programme focusing on business and study skills, the teaching staff and other students.
The following is an indication of the modules to be studied:
-Strategic and Competitive Analysis or Marketing Theory and Practice (dependent upon previous experience)
-Managing Advertising and Communications
-Public Relations Planning and Management
-Interactive Marketing
-Customer Relationship Management
-Marketing Research in Practice
During the Final semester - June to Septemeber - students complete a dissertation or project on a topic of their choice.
