  • Academic title MBA (specialism in Real Estate and Construction)
  • Course description MBA

Accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA)

This MBA (specialism in Real Estate) aims to combine the best of a general MBA with further specialist knowledge in the area of real estate. It is attractive to students who have a background in real estate and to those with more limited knowledge.

The managerial specialism in real estate provides a balance between the study of operational and strategic management within business, and the specific requirements of the core disciplines of the specialism.

The course will help you to understand the complex and dynamic environments of consultants and their client organisations in real estate. You will be encouraged to draw upon professional practice to advance your learning.

This specialism can be taken with the full-time or executive modes of study offered on the core MBA programme, subject to your ability to attend specialist electives taught on Oxford Brookes campus during the week (for a current timetable, please contact the programme administrator). All managerial specialisms include an elective programme and a dissertation or consultancy project in your chosen area, but the degree title remains MBA.
