ObjectivesToday the business world is at a cross-roads: are we heading for further integration through globalisation or are we returning to increased localisation? Either way, businesses ignore trends in the environment at their peril. A comprehensive understanding of the issues that are beyond national boundaries has become an essential intellectual asset in all types of business, particularly within international business and marketing. The MA International Business and Marketing focuses on the ever increasing role of marketing in determining the success of large international businesses. Within international organisations marketing needs to be seen as the key activity in creating customer focus and in delivering the value added required to acquire an international competitive advantage.
Entry requirementsThe standard requirement is a lower second Honours degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, marketing or related. Applicants with substantial relevant professional experience will also be considered.
